Dreame Singapore warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use only for the original purchaser. The warranty covers repair or replacement of a defective component at our option. Damage caused by accident or modification to the product, neglect or abuse or use in other locations than a private or domestic location, site or environmental conditions (such as fire or water) or improper transportation or any other cause beyond our control is not covered by this limited warranty.
